Some very gentle Chi Kung experience will be included in the day. Beginners and more long term students equally welcome.

• A day for us to joyfully practice peace.
• We will look at what the Course in Miracles teaches on the practice of peace.
• We will do some gentle Chi Kung and Meditation as part of our day.
